The Morgan Group Inc., based in Houston, will partner with Prudential Financial Inc. (NYSE: PRU) on the development of the $26 million Terrace at Town Center, a 240-unit complex at 5140 Gate Parkway. It is the second phase of Arelia James Island, a 270-unit community also along Gate Parkway. The new complex will be about 1 mile from the entrance to the town center.
